We take great care to ensure our products fit well and welcome you to try on your purchase in the comfort of your home.
If you’re unhappy with your selection we accept returns and exchanges that comply with our policy within 7 days for domestic orders and 14 days for international orders of your order date.
Our returns and exchange policy
Returned or exchanged merchandise must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, undamaged.
All tags must be attached and packaging in its original condition, including the protective hygiene seal.
We hold the right to deny refunds or exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet the return policy requirements. If this occurs you will be liable for shipping the item back to you.
We do not cover the cost of returning an item.
We do not exchange or refund sale items (including purchases using promotion codes).
- We produce a limited number of products, we may not have size or design you would like to exchange.
How to initiate a return
If you would like to return an item please send us an email at (link for the email firstname.lastname@example.org) with your full name, order number, purchase date and the item information.
Returns and exchange information
For your safety, we recommend sending via a trackable and insured method so that the carrier will refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our studio. Remember to keep the tracking number for your own records.
